• - Observing, assessing, and documenting resident conditions and changes
• - Performing skin assessments in accordance with facility procedures
• - Implementing interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educating staff, residents, and families on their importance
• - Administering treatments and medications as per physicians' orders and clinical guidelines
• - Managing skin tears, surgical wounds, and other conditions
• - Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• - Ensuring accurate and timely documentation

• - Monitoring subordinate staff activities and assisting in incident investigations
