A Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) position is available in the medical-surgical department of a healthcare organization located in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions in a 40-bed unit. The position offers a chance to work within a dynamic team committed to patient-centered care.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours guaranteed per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN), current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to work on the medical-surgical floor.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with adult patient populations, strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing, and effective communication skills.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  The facility primarily serves adult patients and maintains a patient ratio of approximately 1:6. Candidates should adhere to the facility's dress code, which includes navy-colored scrubs.
