Per Diem Home Health Nurse Practitioner in Rogers, AR

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
• Set your own workdays and hours
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete annual home health risk assessments during patient visits in Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, and surrounding areas
• Evaluate both prior and current medical history, including conditions and medications as part of the assessment
• Educate patients on medical conditions and medication management
• Identify any care gaps and provide actionable recommendations to address them
• No responsibility for prescribing medications or developing treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• MSN degree earned from an accredited nursing school
• At least 6 months of current Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

Per evaluation, compensation ranges from $80 to $90, with added mileage and administrative time covered.
