Pepper Source, Ltd. in Rogers, AR is seeking a Quality Control technician for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am). The role tests and inspects products at various production stages, records data, and supports food quality and reliability. Responsibilities include sampling, ensuring sanitation, applying QC tests, and maintaining HACCP plans in line with USDA and FDA guidelines. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
