• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver impressive customer service.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen areas.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with every visit.
• Assist in preparing and serving delicious crepes and beverages.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

• Previous experience in a leadership role preferably within the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, particularly crepes and café culture.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Serve safe certification would be considered an asset, but not required.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
