Account Manager RTO – Castle Rental

Join to apply for the Account Manager RTO role at Castle Rental. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts and achieving established levels of revenue and collection rates as directed by the Store Manager and general office.

Reports To:

Store Manager

• Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan and customer rental agreement.
• Maintains current knowledge of the accounts status of all rental customers.
• Develops and trains customers diligently to achieve on‑time payment habits.
• Delivers, installs, and picks‑up products to and from the customer's home as needed in a safe and damage‑free manner.
• Performs preventive maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure top safe operating condition.
• Operates the delivery vehicle safely, following all laws, regulations, and company procedures.
• Cleans returned products.
• Assists the store manager in controlling inventory.
• Assists in receiving product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures.
• Maintains records and documentation.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
