Framing Manager

Rogers AR Store Lead and Coach

Lead a team of framers focused on building customer relationships while delivering custom framing solutions.

• Assist the Store Manager in enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies.
• Develop and coach the team on effective selling behaviors.
• Plan and execute the workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve your KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their individual KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload; build plans and allocate sales floor time for networking.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training new team members.
• Participate in performance management and talent development activities.
• Partner with MODs on daily expectations for framing and other framers.
• Interact positively and respectfully with colleagues and customers, promoting the organization’s vision and values.
• Assist in truck unload and stocking processes to meet standards and budget.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe environment.
• Help customers locate products and provide suitable framing solutions.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes and any other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience and sales team leadership preferred.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
• Lift heavy boxes and frames; access high shelves with a ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Some outdoor work may involve retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
