YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

• You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible and ready to work on the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, keeping the guests’ day a priority.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
