Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area, and they uphold a clean and safe environment.
