Retail Merchandiser - Rogers, AR

Opportunity

Position: Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser (15‑25 hours per week, with extra hours during the holiday season).

• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Serve as brand ambassador for Mattel/FP Brands and products.
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands.
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point‑of‑purchase materials.
• Execute special projects, including store events.
• Complete reports, including store surveys.
• Train and lead team associates.
• Provide real‑time business insights.
• Administrative tasks such as managing expenses, attending meetings, trainings, checking e‑mail, etc.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Availability for daytime hours during the week, with occasional weekends.
• Reliable internet access.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned store locations.
• Residence approximately 20 miles of Rogers, AR 72758 or ability to reliably service the assigned territory.

• Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach.
• Walk for long periods of time.
• Climb ladders up to 12 feet tall.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull carts containing product, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill).

• Merchandising experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize work with strong time management and a sense of urgency.
• Self‑motivated with a strong bias for action.
• Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety‑first mentality.
• Tech‑savvy (Microsoft Office, iPads and apps).

• Base hourly rate $19.00‑$22.00.
