We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained and helping to lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

• Supporting the management team with the daily running of the store
• Supervising and motivating team members during shifts
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries
• Ensuring the store is well-presented, stocked and operating efficiently
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Monitoring sales performance and helping to achieve store targets
• Managing cash handling and till procedures
• Opening and closing the store when required
  
  Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the store

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, hospitality or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire colleagues
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
