- Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, selling Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and customer experience metrics
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and organization
- Consult with business customers to identify needs and solicit referrals for new prospects
- Maintain and update the prospect database and opportunity funnel daily
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
- Experience in selling mobile or wireless products
- Familiarity with sales funnels and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Knowledge of Comcast products and services
- Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for customer service
