Early Career Sales - Customer Development Coordinator

SPS Commerce is a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. This role is a Customer Development Coordinator focused on sales development, helping expand the sales pipeline and build relationships with potential leads.

• Assist in expanding the pipeline by contributing to lead generation and prospecting.
• Make cold calls, send cold emails, and attend trade shows and conferences.
• Support outbound outreach with phone and email communication under guidance.
• Research and identify prospective Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies within target market.
• Identify key decision‑makers in prospect companies using tools such as Linked In.
• Initiate communication, build relationships, and communicate benefits of SPS Commerce offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop outreach strategies.

• Self‑starter with attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
• Dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision‑makers.
• Strong organization, time management, problem solving, and ability to communicate status to multiple parties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Hub Spot, Netsuite, or other CRMs is a huge plus.
• Experience in enterprise software sales is a huge plus.

Hybrid work model; regular in‑office presence required at the Rogers, AR office.

Salary range includes $49,920 base + $19,000 commission. Comprehensive benefits package aligned with local laws.
