Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - New Business Development:
Actively seek out and acquire new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills. - Renew Existing Enterprise Customers:
Work through assigned base of customers to actively pursue contract renewals and upsell opportunities. - Contract Negotiations:
Manage and negotiate contracts. - Product Expertise:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively advise clients. - Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Collaboration with Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales support team to streamline the process of pricing, proposals, and contracts.
- Knowledge of business sales principles and practices.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce/CRM, Adobe, and application‑based programs.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple work assignments.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple accounts seamlessly.
- Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry.
