What you’ll be doing- Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
- Engage the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon–sponsored events.
We’re hiring immediately! This role isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience you can earn $16.00–$21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 per year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers can earn an extra $14,500+ in commissions, giving the chance to earn a total of $65,000–$75,500+ annually.
Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. You’ll also be eligible for a $2,500 sign‑on bonus (subject to terms and conditions).

- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer, November‑December, and peak vacation periods.
Even better if you have:
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.

Location & HoursThis work‑site‑based role requires you to work onsite at a defined location. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
