Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities
• Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates
• Submit items in QMS
• Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance
• Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking
• Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation
• Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners
• Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting

• Previous experience supporting Walmart is required
• Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems is required:
• Retail Link
• Scintilla
• Item 360
• QMS
• NOVA
• Supplier One
• Replenishment experience is required
• Experience managing item setup and retailer maintenance processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and follow up skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
