As an Acquisition Specialist at Core Trex, you own the full client relationship, from the first conversation to long-term growth. You bring on new brands that are a great fit for Core Trex, guide them through onboarding, and stay close as their trusted partner while our Brand Growth team drives results.

You are a natural relationship builder and a persuasive communicator who genuinely cares about client outcomes. You love the hunt, you love closing, and you take pride in setting every new brand up to win.

• Own the pipeline: source, qualify, and close new brand partnerships that fit Core Trex.
• Run discovery and strategy calls that turn interest into signed clients.
• Care for clients through onboarding and beyond, ensuring a smooth handoff to the growth team.
• Build lasting relationships that drive referrals, retention, and expansion.
• Represent Core Trex with honesty and expertise across every touchpoint.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Proven success in a sales or client-facing role
