Service Technician - Electrical Emphasis (Maintenance)

Splash Car Wash & Oil Change is growing—and we're looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team and help keep our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment operating at their best.

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carwash equipment systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and performance issues quickly and accurately
• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and automated systems
• Troubleshoot systems ranging from water reclamation equipment and motor control centers to car wash tunnel equipment
• Perform electrical testing, including voltage, current, resistance, and continuity testing
• Replace and troubleshoot contractors, overloads, timers, transformers, control relays, and related components
• Identify potential problems before they become equipment failures
• Respond to equipment issues with a strong sense of urgency
• Take ownership of assigned equipment, repairs, and facility needs
• Work closely with the Splash Installation Team, vendors, store leadership, and Service Team
• Plan work efficiently to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

As a Splash Service Technician, you'll receive:

What you Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical or mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when needed

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience with motor control centers, control panels, relays, transformers, contractors, and overloads
• Experience troubleshooting automated equipment or industrial systems
• Experience with plumbing, pumps, motors, or water systems
• Experience in equipment maintenance, industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, or field service
