Description

• Perform thorough site assessments and inspections of irrigation systems
• Install irrigation components, clocks, controllers, and devices to ensure efficient functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, valves, wiring, and zones
• Coordinate and complete all repairs professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies

• 2-5 years of experience
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems, water needs based on plants, turf types, seasonality of adjustments and general controller operation
• Basic levels of understanding 2-wire irrigation systems
• Ability to install full irrigation systems in the field from start to finish (includes conventional and 2 wire systems)
• Ability to properly size pipe based on system needs/requirements
• Intermediate levels of electrical and plumbing trouble shooting
• Ability to sweat copper
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Must possess a smartphone for communication and updates
• Must be state certified in RPZ testing and repairs
