NWA Warehouse - Rogers, AR 72758, We're looking for an experienced technician with a strong background in commercial or industrial electrical systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and automated equipment repair to maintain and repair our car wash facilities and equipment. • Troubleshoot equipment issues for complex systems varying from water reclamation systems to motor control centers to carwash tunnel equipment
• Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently
• Fix issues with a sense of urgency
• Takes ownership and initiative of assigned equipment and facilities
• Communicates well with the Service Team
• Avoids issues and inefficiency through proper planning
• Perform voltage, current, resistance, and continuity tests.
• Replace contractors, overloads, timers, transformers, and control relays.
• Remains calm under pressure, acts decisively, maintains flexibility, and effectively manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• 5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment systems
• Strong preference for 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment
• Experience using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, voltage/current testers, and continuity testing
• Ability to troubleshoot motor controls, control panels, contractors, overloads, relays, transformers, timers, pumps, and automated equipment
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when needed
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of equipment, and respond with a sense of urgency
