Maintenance Person - Fitzroy Grove

7 Days Full-time position with a schedule that may vary based on operational needs. Candidates must maintain open availability for emergency calls and operational support

We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Maintenance Person / Handyman to handle general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have experience with a variety of residential repairs.

$23.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and advanced technical skill sets.

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep
• Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Complete drywall repairs and patching
• Perform painting and touch-up work
• Complete carpentry and wood repairs
• Repair and replace doors, locks, and hardware
• Repair and maintain fixtures and cabinets
• Repair and maintain kitchen items and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair various property maintenance issues
• Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Respond to repair requests and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Perform other general handyman and property maintenance duties as needed

• Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or repair experience is must
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Ability to repair doors, locks, cabinets, fixtures, and kitchen items
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, OSHA, or other relevant maintenance certifications are preferred
