We're hiring interns across multiple functions for Summer 2026. These are unpaid, experience-building internships with strong potential for conversion to paid positions.

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain internal applications, integrations, and automation. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership. You will ship useful increments quickly, then improve reliability, security, and maintainability over time.

Reports to: CTO

• Build internal web tools that support deal execution workflows, operations, and reporting
• Design and maintain API integrations across systems (REST, webhooks, and authentication patterns)
• Build and maintain n8n automations that move data reliably between tools
• Develop backend services in Golang, including APIs and background workers
• Develop front-end features in Type Script
• Work with stakeholders to scope work, clarify requirements, and deliver production-ready solutions
• Improve reliability through logging, alerts, and monitoring for critical workflows

• Professional experience shipping production software as a full stack engineer
• Strong Golang experience building backend services and APIs
• Strong Type Script experience building user-facing applications
• Hands-on experience building and supporting APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, auth)
• Hands-on experience with n8n (or comparable workflow automation) in a production setting
• Comfort working with databases and writing practical SQL queries
• Experience using Git Hub for source control and collaboration
• Ability to work in person in Rogers, AR 5 days/week

• Experience with tools like Tailscale, Fly.io, Linear, and Notion
• Experience building internal tools and integration-heavy systems
• Familiarity with SaaS systems commonly used in professional services
