The (USA) Corporate Aviation Flight Dispatcher and Planner plays a critical role in coordinating all aspects of aviation trip planning, including aircraft and airport selection, fuel management, and ground services. This position ensures compliance with federal aviation regulations and company policies while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks. The role requires close collaboration with maintenance, aviation leadership, and external providers to support safe, efficient flight operations.
The incumbent provides expert guidance on flight plans, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements, contributing to seamless and secure aviation mission execution.
- Coordinate all aspects of aviation trip planning including aircraft and airport selection, crew and passenger logistics, fuel loads, and pricing.
- Prepare comprehensive flight packages with operational plans, weather briefings, charts, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor and mitigate flight hazards such as weather, NOTAMs, and duty‑rest limitations to ensure safe operations.
- Liaise with external providers and authorities to arrange ground handling, fueling, and security services.
- Conduct operational risk analyses and manage irregular operations and emergency responses.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Brief flight crews on operational changes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven expertise in flight dispatch and planning, including preparation of operational flight plans and weather briefings.
- Strong background in international operations planning.
- In‑depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong ability to identify and mitigate flight hazards, including weather, NOTAMs, and duty/rest limitations.
- Experience coordinating with aviation stakeholders such as maintenance crews, handling agents, and civil aviation authorities.
- Proficiency in conducting operational risk analyses and managing irregular flight operations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively brief flight crews and collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to maintaining safety, integrity, and adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock options.

Minimum Qualifications- FAA Dispatcher License or ATP or 10 years of Aviation Operational Experience.
- Prior work experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail and the delivery of results under pressure.
- Corporate flight operations or related position.
- Leadership experience in corporate flight operations or related position.
- Prior work experience planning and dispatching international trips.
