Accurate title work keeps every vehicle transaction moving. Miller Chevrolet is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Automotive Title & Registration Clerk to process vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and related documentation.

Previous dealership or title-processing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train a strong administrative candidate who is dependable, accurate, comfortable managing deadlines, and eager to learn.

• $21–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No evenings or weekends
• Consistent weekday schedule

• Accurately process titles and registrations for vehicles purchased and sold by the dealership
• Prepare and submit title, registration, lien, and related documents
• Work with Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services and motor vehicle agencies in other states
• Review sales contracts, lienholder information, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or conflicting information before submission
• Monitor pending title work and meet required processing deadlines
• Maintain organized and current records for titles, registrations, and liens
• Assist customers, banks, and finance companies with title-related questions
