Seat Cover Solutions in Rogers, MN is seeking an in-house finance operator to own cash management, AP/AR processes, and the daily financial model. You will partner with an outsourced accounting firm to maintain books and drive cash efficiency during rapid growth.
This role is the first in-house finance hire, with a clear path to Accounting Manager and Controller as the company scales. You will own budgeting, tax processes, and the monthly close, reporting to the CEO.
