Hours may vary between Monday and Tuesday: 6:30am-6:00pm;
Wednesday-Friday: 6:30am-5:00pm. Shift: Day. Hours per week: 33.5 hrs (0.8375 FTE). Type:
Full-time regular.

Pay Range: LPN: $23.33-$34.99 hourly. MA/EMT: $20.13-$30.19 hourly. Overtime Eligible:
Non-Exempt.

As a part of our team, you will be providing care for patients which may include the following duties:

• Escort patients to exam rooms and appropriately document necessary visit information and vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Prepare and administer medications, and immunizations as directed by a clinician, RN or following standing orders.
• Perform and assist with procedures and treatments as directed by the clinician, such as administering ear lavage, EKG, and bladder scans.
• Ensure that all components of the standard rooming process are completed including medication reconciliation and pending refills, allergy review, immunization reconciliation, completion of appropriate forms and questionnaires to support clinical quality.
• Maintain knowledge of, and comply with, all relevant laws, regulations and policies, procedures, and standards.

This role requires a BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. Online BLS certification is not acceptable.

Must meet one of the following:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
  Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing and maintain a current state license of practical nursing.
• Medical Assistant (MA):
  Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)” or “Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).”
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT):
  Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current Minnesota EMT License.

Preferred Qualifications: One or more years of healthcare experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
