Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to meet service and quality standards
- Create a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment for all team members
- Develop employees through coaching and training to achieve long-term growth goals
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional guest relations and uphold Freddy's renowned hospitality

- Proficient with xcel software and scheduling
- Passionate about driving sales growth and profitability
- Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Capable of standing or walking up to 10 hours per shift and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
