Job Summary

As a Deployment Technician on the Abe Tech Services team, this position will be responsible for completing the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by the Production Supervisor and/or project management team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Complete the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware as outlined in the documentation.
  • Proactively communicate to the Production supervisor when issues, questions or concerns arise with deployments.
  • Work at a pace that enables work to be completed within schedule time yet ensure quality results.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Maintain Abe Tech standard of 4-hour response to all tickets and communication.
  • Accurately enter time within Connect Wise as you progress throughout your day.
    • Requirements Education & Experience
  • High School diploma.
  • 1-3 years of technical experience.
  • Must be able to read and follow directions.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
    • Skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Above average technical aptitude.
  • Ability to assemble and present information clearly.
  • Ability to adapt to best practices.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Have confidence under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Ability to stand/ be on your feet for up to 75% of the day.
