Production Supervisor

Shift work, 12‑hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off

Rogers, Minnesota

• Work within a team of Operators to maintain continuous production of photovoltaic modules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and keep the area orderly.
• Feed raw materials to semi‑automated machines.
• Perform solder repair on solar cells.
• Carry out quality and testing procedures at each production stage.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety policies.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided. Preference for technical capability and manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment requiring prolonged standing.
• Computer experience considered an asset.
• Soldering experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Self‑motivated.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• This position is identified as a Safety Sensitive Position.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must perform repetitive motion tasks for extended periods.
• Must stand for extended periods.
• Must tolerate an assembly line environment.

• Salary: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour; night shift premium $1.00 per hour.
• Benefits: health, dental, vision (100% employer paid for employees, 50% copay for spouse/dependents), life insurance, paid time off, retirement plans.
• 12‑hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off rotation.
• 401(k) plan.
