CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay Rate Range: $19.00-$23.00/Hour
Location: Rogers, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Position Type: Temp to Hire

• High School Diploma
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to improvise when needed
• Ability to accurately count
• Ability to read calipers and micrometer
• Ability to read paperwork
• Ability to read blueprints
• Time management skills
• Basic knowledge about CNC machines/CNC mill operations
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift and lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Good work ethic and attendance is a must.

• Operate a CNC lathe or CNC mill while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines.
• Learn to adjust the machine controls.
• Must pay close attention to detail to ensure good parts are made.
• Decent math skills and mechanical aptitude are needed.
• Will be required to look at blueprints and use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers, training available.
