Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm | Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Objective: Transfer material manually by hand, using a manual pallet jack or a lifting device attached to a hoist as called out within the standard work.
Role & Responsibility- Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering a lifting device attached to a hoist.
- Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device by hand as needed.
- Loads parts manually from racks, tubs, and/or bins in the warehouse to trays or racks kit carts.
- Follows a set route through the department to load kit carts.
- Loads and unloads parts manually from the paint line.
- Maintains safety checks on necessary equipment.
- Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Uses an electronic scanner to transact material as needed.
- Keeps aisles clean and orderly.
- Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by the supervisor.
- Completes preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance.
- Performs other non‑essential duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent.
- Job‑specific skills, techniques, and safe work and equipment operating practices learned through on‑the‑job and classroom training.
- General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations or assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations or assignments.
For Minnesota residents: The starting hourly wage range for this position is $21+ per hour, depending on experience and other factors.

Working ConditionsWork is performed in a shop environment. Conditions include proximity to moving mechanical parts, exposure to high noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection, exposure to vibration through the use of tools and equipment and slippery and sloping surfaces and uneven terrain. Subject to air and skin exposures to chemical hazards and atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists and gases.
Required to wear personal protective equipment.
The overall level of work is defined as medium duty. Employees are expected to exert 21 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 11 to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Heat Index greater than 125°; 105–125°, 90–105°, 80–90°. Wind Chill greater than –50°; 0 to –50°, 0 to 32°. Indoor/Outdoor: 100% indoor. Percentage of time spent indoors: 100%. Percentage of time spent outdoors: 0%.
