Lamination Assistant
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Lamination Assistant workers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you’ll support lamination operations and help produce high-quality metal products in a team-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a Lamination Assistant:- Set up and operate lamination/printing machines
- Trim and finish materials to specifications
- Load and unload rolls of material from equipment
- Perform visual quality checks on work in process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete general housekeeping tasks
- Support additional production duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Basic tool experience (drills, tape measure, saws) required
- Strong commitment to safety practices at all times
- Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work on your feet for the full shift in a production environment
- Reliable transportation to the Rogers area
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude are welcome
