Shear Operator
Pay Rate Range: $/hr

Rogers, MN
Schedule:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

Requirements and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
3 years' experience operating a shear – Preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to convert decimals into fractions and vice versa.
Ability to differentiate metal types and thickness.
Strong communication skills.
Team player.
Able to work overtime when necessary.
Will to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates.
Able to lift 75lbs repeatedly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating and setting up hydraulic shears.
Insuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Other duties as assigned.
