• Position Type:
  Temp to Hire

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience operating a shear – Preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to convert decimals into fractions and vice versa.
• Ability to differentiate metal types and thickness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player.
• Able to work Overtime when necessary.
• Will to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates.
• Able to lift 75lbs repeatedly.

• Operating and setting up hydraulic shears.
• Insuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year
