Aerotek in Rogers, MN is seeking a CNC Programmer who can program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills, developing programs from blueprints using Mastercam for short‑run components used in industrial paint sprayer systems.
You will collaborate with engineering to create efficient manufacturing processes, perform approximately 3–4 machine setups per week, monitor multiple machines, and conduct self‑inspections with micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges to ensure precision and quality.
