Brake Press Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Brake Press Operators for a premier metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality metal products for the architectural construction and industrial markets while working with an experienced, relationship-driven team. Operate and set up press brake machines

Produce parts according to specifications and blueprints

Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality

Maintain compliance with company safety standards

Follow established quality control procedures

Assist with material handling and production activities as needed

1+ year of press brake experience required

Previous sheet metal industry experience preferred

Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Must provide your own hand tools, including a protractor, square, dial caliper, tape measure, scribe, and dead blow hammer

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
