The company operates a manufacturing facility with a 30,000 square foot warehouse and shop, featuring ASME certified welders, design experts, comprehensive product testing, and dedicated sales support. Twin City Hose produces metal hose assemblies, pump connectors, expansion joints, and a wide range of hose, braid, and end fittings in various materials and configurations.

The company offers UL® Classified lead-free flexible connectors and Fire Safe Flex™ fittings that meet stringent UL® and NFPA 13 safety standards, along with CRN‑approved products for Canadian piping and pressure vessel systems. Team members work in a collaborative environment focused on quality, performance, and safety for demanding applications.

Under the supervision of the Sales Management, this position performs a variety of customer service and inside sales functions.

• Inbound sales order processing, providing estimates and quotes, data entry and delivery planning.
• Outbound sales calls to contact new customers and increase market share.
• Responsible for handing customer inquiries in a time sensitive, professional manner.
• Develop customer relationships to ensure TCH is a valued supplier of choice.
• Stay current and up to date on customer market trends, new products, and the ability to pitch TCH products.
• Responsible to learn, apply, and speak to TCH product availability, use, benefits, and pricing structure.
• Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work with vendors and purchasing department for pricing and sourcing.
• Furnish drawings and submittals as needed.
• Conduct other miscellaneous duties as assigned or needed.

• High school diploma required
  . Some college preferred.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Proficient knowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Office & Adobe.
• Detail oriented, strategic, resourceful with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency, prioritizing sales and excellent customer service.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
• Self‑motivated and driven professional.
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Additional product technical training may be required.

While performing the responsibilities of the Technical Inside Sales Representative’s job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
