Lead Appliance Repair Technician – $28–$45/hr + Bonuses (No Nights/Weekends)

Mr. Appliance is hiring a Lead Appliance Repair Technician!

Are you the tech other techs call when they’re stuck? Do you love teaching and sharing your knowledge? If so, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Keep jobs efficient, accurate, and first-time-right.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy teaching and mentoring other techs.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
