Operator - CDL License

New Look Contracting is a contracting company performing earthwork, demolition, and utilities primarily in central Minnesota. The Operator job function performs various tasks and routine functions throughout the day-to-day support construction activities. This position may require work inside and outside in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, dry, or wet. The routine functions have a wide range of physical demands ranging from sedentary to heavy physical exertion throughout the day.

• Safety-focused mentality – safety is our number one priority
• Operates heavy equipment of various sizes, including but not limited to blade, dozers, excavator, water trucks, off-road trucks, and skid steers
• Helps identify any underground or overhead utilities that have been located before excavation
• Digging trenches, compacting earth, and back filling holes
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment
• Review trenching requirements with the Superintendent to ensure all safety standards are met
• Take direction from the foreman and superintendent as the job progresses
• All other duties assigned
