A team of sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers, providing advice on operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies to help independent restaurant owners achieve their goals.
Position Details- Sunday – Thursday night, 7 PM to midnight start time – depending on the route; one or two turns per night with home daily.
- Rogers, MN – travel to various domicile locations and return, five nights per week.
- $70,000 per year (average).

Food and food‑service delivery drivers play a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Drivers ensure customers’ products arrive on time and in good condition while representing the company, building lasting relationships with customers.
ResponsibilitiesThe Driver, Dedicated Backhaul is responsible for driving a tractor‑trailer (day cab/sleeper), tandem trailer, and/or straight truck on intrastate and/or interstate routes to pick up and deliver loads in a safe and timely manner in accordance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). include:
- Drive to assigned suppliers/vendors and/or PFG warehouse locations according to predetermined routes and delivery schedules.
- Deliver assigned loads back to PFG warehouses for inventory receiving, ensuring timely pick‑ups and correct products.
- Perform load and paperwork inspections, including product counts and quality checks as required.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly for backhaul operations.
- Check in regularly with direct supervisor to confirm routes, loads, and schedules, and report any issues.
- Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
One or more years of commercial driving experience.
Valid CDL‑A. Must be 21 + years of age.
Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
Clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for the past three years.
Pass post‑offer drug test, criminal background check, and road test.
Attain or hold a current DOT health card, or be able to secure one.
Able to hand‑lift and use two‑wheelers, lift gates, and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases ranging from 10–35 pounds up to approximately 60–90 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications- 12 + months of Class A tractor‑trailer experience.
- Experience with onboard computers and electronic log systems (e.g., People Net).
