We're hiring Material Handlers for all shifts to support a fast-paced, team-driven warehouse. This is a high-impact role where you'll touch multiple areas of the operation — and build valuable skills along the way.

• $23–$25/hour starting pay

• 5am - 3:30 pm Monday
  - Thursday
• 3:30 - 1:30 am Monday

• Material Handler/ Equipment Operator (Forklift/Reach Truck Specialist)
• Lead / Trainer

You'll work across departments to keep products moving efficiently from start to finish:

• Picking and packing orders with speed and accuracy
• Using RF scanners to track and confirm inventory
• Building and breaking down pallets
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts (training available)
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Supporting shipping & receiving operations
• Working in the ERP system to track shipments and inventory
• Stepping into different areas as needed — keeping every day fresh

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals — experience helps, but attitude matters most.

• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to stay active (lifting, walking, moving throughout your shift)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks

• Forklift experience (reach truck, stand-up, sit-down, tuggers)
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Experience in fast-paced distribution environments

• Strong work ethic and reliability

This is a permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
