Material Handler

Material Handler — All Shifts Available

Join a fast-growing company as a Material Handler, where you'll support warehouse operations across multiple departments and enjoy a role with variety, movement, and hands-on work. You'll pick, pack, scan, build pallets, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep materials flowing smoothly. Forklift operation is part of the job, but you'll also handle a wide range of material-handling tasks that keep the warehouse running efficiently.

• Pick & Pack items using a pick sheet
• RF Scanning for inventory accuracy
• Build pallets and break down boxes
• Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse
• Drive reach trucks, stand-ups, sit-downs, and tuggers
• Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual pallet jacks

• Warehouse experience in picking, packing, production, or distribution
• Strong material handling and shipping/receiving experience
• General production skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work across multiple departments
• 1+ year of forklift experience (preferred)
• Ability to cross-train with production teams
• Basic computer skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
