Comfortable on sit-down and reach forklifts—or ready to earn certification

Detail-strong when picking, verifying, packaging, and labeling

Organized in ERP (Oracle) for goods movements, stock transfers, and requests

Solid communicator who collaborates with Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Control Committed to safety procedures and a clean, efficient workspace

What You’ll DoUse forklifts/PIT to pick, move, and stage materials with accuracy

Load and unload trucks; ensure condition and counts are correct

Package, palletize, and label outbound shipments (including dangerous goods and international); certifications provided as needed

Execute physical and ERP (Oracle) transactions

Replenish production areas and complete material requests

Follow policies, controls, and work instructions to the letter

Promote safe behaviors and report hazards promptly

Qualifications Required High  School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution or related fields

Able to obtain forklift certification

Basic computer abilities to navigate work systems

Lift/carry 10–55 lbs continuously (67–100% of the time)

Preferred Experience with counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach trucks

Microsoft Office + ERP/WMS familiarity

Regulated warehouse/distribution experience (1+ year)
Shipping, receiving, and cycle count background

Independent and team-oriented; adaptable in a fast-paced setting

Strong, cooperative communication style

Regular and dependable attendance

Work Setting Approximately 95% indoors / 5% outdoors in a warehouse environment
