Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for performing daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records within the distribution center. The Cycle Counter plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
- Perform daily cycle counts across assigned zones and locations within the distribution center.
- Help keep inventory records accurate and organized by following standard procedures.
- Perform slot checks.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Relevant
Work Experience:
Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. - Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PI), and other warehouse tools (or willingness to learn).
- Minimum 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Sit, walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Display specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Work in hot and cold environments (32F – 95F).
- Encompass heights.
- Frequent bending and kneeling.
Anticipated salary range: $20.25 - $29.25 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
