Picking and Kitting Associate - 1st Shift

In this role, you'll help keep production moving by picking parts, building kits, and preparing materials. Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday Occasional overtime may be available on Saturdays.
What You'll Be Doing
- Push a cart through designated kitting lanes to gather materials
- Use a scanning system to access work orders
- Identify the correct parts and quantities needed
- Pick and organize materials into kit carts
- Load parts from racks, tubs, and storage bins into trays, racks, or carts
- Unload and stack materials as needed
- Assist with light assembly work in other departments when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or kitting experience
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting and handling materials in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable attendance
Safety Requirements
- Steel toe or safety boots are required
- Gloves and safety glasses are provided by the company
