Picking and Kitting Associate - 1st Shift

In this role, you'll help keep production moving by picking parts, building kits, and preparing materials. Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday Occasional overtime may be available on Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Push a cart through designated kitting lanes to gather materials
• Use a scanning system to access work orders
• Identify the correct parts and quantities needed
• Pick and organize materials into kit carts
• Load parts from racks, tubs, and storage bins into trays, racks, or carts
• Unload and stack materials as needed
• Assist with light assembly work in other departments when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or kitting experience
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable lifting and handling materials in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance

Safety Requirements

• Steel toe or safety boots are required
• Gloves and safety glasses are provided by the company
