Warehouse Worker (Full-Time)

Role OverviewThe Warehouse Worker supports all core warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, staging, inventory control, and general warehouse organization. You’ll operate material‑handling equipment, manage inbound and outbound freight, and help keep inventory accurate and moving smoothly. WhatYou’ll Do
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick lists and shipping requirements.
Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload product safely.
Assist with truck and trailer loading , ensuring shipments are staged and secured.
Complete shipping paperwork (UPS, Spee Dee, manifests, end‑of‑day postings).
Process sales order shipments and track deliveries.
Receive inbound product , label items, and place them in correct warehouse locations.
Stage picked product for shipping or customer pickup.
Pack products thoroughly to prevent damage in transit.
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate daily carrier requirements and ensure proper manifesting.
Support equipment upkeep , including battery watering/charging.
Track demo product movement to maintain visibility.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized storage areas.
Communicate issues or changes to supervisors to support smooth operations.
1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
1+ year of basic computer/data entry experience.
Experience using RF scanners for picking, packing, or inventory.
Hands‑on experience with loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ability to operate or learn forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow inventory and shipping procedures.
Comfortable with general warehouse labor, lifting, and organizing.
Basic understanding of warehouse inventory and shipping processes.
Experience with
vinyl products or signage/printing.Forklift experience (helps with faster onboarding).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROGERS, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
