Direct / Full-time | Pay: $20/hr Your day-to-day Start your morning reviewing priority orders and safety checks. You’ll jump on a forklift or stock picker to pull material, verify condition and counts, and stage freight for loading. Midday, you might palletize and label a dangerous goods shipment (we provide certifications when needed), complete ERP goods movements, and coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Control to keep commitments on track.

You’ll wrap up by replenishing production areas, processing stock transfers, and helping teammates across material control and traffic as needed—always following control procedures and promoting a safe warehouse.

Core responsibilities

Pick orders accurately and on time using forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Verify items, quantities, and material condition before shipment.

Load and unload trucks; prepare outbound freight.

Package, palletize, and label for domestic/international shipments; complete carrier paperwork and labels (dangerous goods certifications provided as needed).Execute physical transactions and ERP goods movements.

Process stock transfers and material requests promptly.

Replenish production areas and support other assigned zones.

Follow control procedures and warehouse policies to complete tasks correctly.

Maintain and actively promote a safe work environment.

What you bring

Required

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of related warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.

Ability to become forklift certified.

Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating work systems/ERPs.Ability to lift or carry 10–55 lbs continuously.

Preferred Hands-on forklift experience (counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
1+ year in a regulated warehousing/distribution environment.

Background in shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.

Thrives independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing setting.

Positive, cooperative communicator with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Reliable, predictable attendance.

Work environment

Warehouse setting: approximately 95% indoors / 5% outdoors.
