Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treatment Coordinator at Blue Apple Dental Group. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for developing and presenting treatment plans to patients, navigating insurance processes, and ensuring clear communication with patients regarding their options and dental care needs. The role involves providing exemplary customer service to enhance the patient experience and collaborating closely with dental professionals to optimize patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in Treatment Planning, including creating, explaining, and managing comprehensive care plans
• Experience with Insurance processes, including claims, verification, and coordination of benefits
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure patient satisfaction and understanding
• Familiarity with Dental Care practices and terminology
• Proficiency with Dentrix a must
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in dentistry or a related field is a plus
