Schedule:
Monday through Friday Full Time No weekends
The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring an energetic and engaging Preschool Teacher to guide children through hands‑on learning in a fun, structured, and supportive classroom. This role supports school‑readiness, social development, and confidence building through play‑based learning.
What You Will Do- Create a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and language development
- Implement age‑appropriate curriculum and classroom activities
- Maintain daily communication with parents and staff
- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem solving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom
- Follow TLE’s award‑winning LEAP Curriculum
Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units.
What We Are Looking For- Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic teaching style
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
