Pool for Part-time Instruction, Department of Engineering and Computer Science Responsibilities

Teach graduate and upper‑division undergraduate courses in electrical and computer engineering. Assignments may include one or more lecture sessions and/or laboratory sections of engineering courses.

Required Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • University‑level teaching experience
Salary
  • Salary commensurate with degree level and experience.
  • Anticipated hiring salary range: $5,507 – $6,677 per full‑time month.
  • Full‑time (15 units per semester) monthly base salary range is prorated to the number of units worked and paid in six monthly payments.
  • Temporary faculty appointments are made on a semester‑by‑semester basis and contingent on department needs and funding.
  • Relocation and interview expenses will not be reimbursed.
